Sensory Friendly Church
You'll find quiet things for busy hands to do during worship; and headphones, sunglasses, and weighted lap blankets to make worship more accessible. We also have gross motor things for kids to use during classes. These items make our worship and church a more welcoming and supportive place for anyone who needs it. You can find them right when you turn to go down to the VOG Kid’s hallway, but they are for people of all ages to use!

June 23-27, 9:30-11:30 am

Is your child ready to set off on an unforgettable adventure this summer? VOG Kids VBS is a week-long summer program full of awesome wilderness adventure-themed activities, learning, music and crafts that helps them discover Jesus, the True North. VBS is the perfect, affordable way for your kids to start the summer.

3 years old-5th grade


$15 per child, add on a t-shirt for $5 ($60 max per family)

*Scholarships are available!

healthy ONLINE relationships forum

Wednesday, April 9
6:15-7:30pm

Youth and adults will join together for an interactive session discussing healthy and unhealthy relationships through social media and gaming, recognizing the current increase in online sexual exploitation and how youth and families can work together to prevent this and stay safe.

Joy McElroy, Executive Director of Cherish All Children, will lead us in activities and conversation based on the Safe & Healthy Relationships Youth Guide to support youth's understanding of online risks and how they can make safe and healthy decisions for themselves. Youth and parents will leave equipped to continue these conversations in their homes, schools, and communities, working together to identify and connect with specific safe adults and safe friends in the youth's life.

SUNDAY SCHOOL AND/OR AWANA: REGISTER

  • SUNDAY SCHOOL

    Sundays (9:00-9:50am)
    Children age 3-5th grade are invited into a relationship with Jesus and the life of the church through hands-on learning using the Wonder Ink curriculum.

  • AWANA

    Wednesdays (6:00-7:30pm)

    Through Bible teaching, games, and activities, children age 3-5th grade are given an opportunity to know, love, and serve Jesus for a lifetime.


    $25 per child, $100/family max

SUNDAY MORNINGS

Children are beloved members of the Vision of Glory family. Below are a few ways to get them involved on Sunday mornings.

  • NURSERY & FAMILY ROOM

    Located across from the Sanctuary, these two spaces are available during the 10:00am Sunday morning services. The service can be heard through speakers in the Family Room with a private nursing room attached.  The Nursery is staffed by loving volunteers for children age 0-5 years.

  • WORSHIP TOGETHER

    We support and encourage children to worship in the service with their family! The Worship Together shelf, in the VOG KIDS hallway, holds coloring and other quiet activities to engage small hands during the service.
