Our profession of faith begins and ends with God, for God is the First and the Last,
the Beginning and the End.
We believe that every part of Holy Scripture is God-inspired, in which we hear the living voice of God. We therefore declare God's unchanging truth in all of its fullness for life today.
Celebrating in Christ our uniqueness, VOG knows itself in relation to the "one, holy, universal, apostolic church." This is why we confess our faith in communion with the historic church by the
Apostles' and Nicene creeds.
Vision of Glory is affiliated with Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC).

The church isn't a religious social club, but the presence of the body of Christ in the world, God's beloved community.
We declare the two-fold purpose of the church: through the sharing of the Gospel, the conversion of people from darkness to light and eternal life; and the glorification of God.
We aspire to be the very people the Lord has called us to be - a community of believers united in Christ, gathered and empowered by the Holy Spirit, worshiping and praising together, who at our core can freely love one another and the world.
