The Senior Pastor provides direction and teaching of Biblical truths while holding to VOG’s Confession of Faith; Statements of Purpose, Mission, Family, and Social Concerns; and the Augsburg Confession. Casts the vision and champions those truths within the congregation and community. Candidates should have a Masters in Divinity or equivalent and either be ordained Lutheran or willing to be.
